Anima Code

With the widespread use of social media, generating life records in digital media has become a new habit for humans. However, once a person dies, those digital properties are often forgotten and inaccessible. Anima Code is a personal seal with an engraved QR code that contains an access key to a person's digital data. By scanning the code stamped beforehand, the bereaved ones can reach the person's digital presence after his or her death. Through the physical interaction of stamping a seal, the designer explores the secure yet intimate approach for inheritance in the digital era.

Clleper

Clleper is named by a combination of nail clipper and nail bits collector. The nail clipper people are using is quite space saving, so, basically, people can bring it to anywhere. However, the occasions where people cut their nails are actually very limited, because every time they cut their fingernails, the nail bits will go everywhere. Clleper has a detached nail bits collector, so, every time people cut their fingernails, the nail bits will be collected. With this clipper, people can cut their fingernails anywhere.

Eluminance

During police and civil defense operations, clear and concise instructions are essential to the success of the operation and safety of both operators and civilians. In such operations tension can escalate very quickly and can occur during anywhere and anytime. Eluminance is a highly versatile carbon fiber module that houses a retractable and environment illuminated barrier tape. The design provides heightened visibility and ability to animate directions on the barrier tape. This gives operators greater crowd-control in escalated situations and helps in the cordoning of hazards clearly.

Folium

Folium is a Biomimetic water repellent bicycle seat design enabled by emerging nano technology materials. Bicyclists worldwide struggle to keep their bicycle seats dry and comfortable when it rains. As a result, unattractive, awkward plastic grocery bags or fabric covers are used to keep their bike seats dry. Sometimes rain discourages bicycling altogether. Folium's design encourages water drops to roll off. Inspired by Lotus leaves which repel water during Monsoon rains, Folium's surface material is engraved with a microscopic surface texture similarly to Lotus leaves and others plants.
