Helpmet is a smart health monitoring helmet specifically designed for construction workers, aimed at ensuring their safety while working in hot weather conditions and preventing heatstroke from posing risks to their health. The helmet's warning function allows surrounding coworkers and supervisors to be informed about the wearer's condition. Combined with the app, it not only helps workers understand their physical condition but also provides recommendations based on their condition to help alleviate symptoms of heatstroke.

New Year

In a tranquil courtyard, amidst the gentle flurry of winter's snow and the vibrant hues of autumn leaves, sits a graceful figure adorned in an exquisite Kimono. The scene evokes the essence of Wabisabi, embodying the beauty of solitude and serenity. Delicate patterns adorn the fabric, mostly Pines, symbolizing solemnity; and the rhythmic Seigaiha representing the tranquility of the sea. Zooming in reveals more intricate details, a stone plate bearing the artist's pen-name rests to the left; and upon the Kimono, patterns of mice representing the new year 2020, the year of mice.

Over 13 generations Welser Profile grew into a world leader in the industry. Therefore it made perfect sense for Responsive Spaces to build upon the very core of this success story and let the product be the hero. Real client products were used to build a steel organ, which aesthetically hints towards tradition and reacts to every human touch by offering a glimpse of the underlying magic through the creation of mystical soundscapes.

Hitobito

Hitobito is the art installation created for the lantern festival in Taipei City in 2023 as a part of the new immigrant district in Song Shan Cultural Park. The structural form draws people inside to experience the passage of reaching a unique destination that collects people's memory of their hometown. In addition, the installation is brightened at night with warm lighting to wrap the visitors to synchronize their emotional state with the space.

Ada

The topic of project is the design of hyper-technological elements in 21st century cars. The tasks in the research are to solve the possible problems in the shaping and offer hyper-technological solutions in its interior and exterior. Regarding the exterior of the car, a smooth line is sought, while creating aggression and stability on the road, is also deliberately smoother and wraps around all elements of the car's shell. It is made with concept auxetic material which is corresponding with the three modes of interior.

Venous

Venous Materials project envisions a new way to design dynamic tangible interactions using fluidic Interfaces. It is a new type of interactive material that is inspired by veins systems in nature and throughout the human body. When the user applies pressure or motion to the material, it dynamically displays geometric patterns and colors. The different patterns are displays that function as tangible sensors, to animate dynamic graphics, to create responsive objects for learning activities, and to visualize body movement and balance.
